NAS Plex ADVICE

I have a Ts 453D with 4 16tb Seagate ironawolf pros and 16gb of ram and pcie with 1 ssd 256gb storing the metadata and plex app and the other 256gb ssd for caching. Just wanted some imput on if theres anything i should be doing or changing to to make it run better or make it work better for multple users using direct play thank you so much for any advice or input and love your reviews online.

The only thing you could do is replace HDD with SATA SSD. But you would lose capacity. So, the next upgrade will be a new NAS for you.
