Using NVME and PCIE NVME at he same time

I have a DS1821+ Synology, is it possible to use both the NVME slot and the NVME PCIE card in the slot at the same time so i can use one set for cache and one set for storage. I would like to know before i run out and buy the NVME PCIE card.

You can install NVMe PCIe card. This will give you 2 slots on the motherboard and two slots on the card. You can then use two for storage and other two for caching.
