Hello,

I currently have the DS412+ which needs an upgrade. I am currently waffling between the DS1823xs+ and the RS2423RP+. I may also want to wait for the RS1619xs+ update. I think that will still take some time. The DS3622xs+ is too expensive for me with hard drives. Could you help me with my decision. Maybe you have a better idea. Thanks for your help :-)

It depends what are you going to use it for. General file storage will work either of them. The real difference can be only seen if you run things like virtual machines, docker. Anything else doesn't really require much processing power.
