Synology DS 423+

I would like to replace my old Synology DS 216j with the new DS 423+. I am planning to use 3 or 4 12TB WD Red Plus drives in the DS 423+. Of the "unofficial" 3rd party memory modules you have tested what is your best recommendation to expand the useable RAM of the DS 423+? Am I on the right track? Thanks in advance for your help.
