Replacing a QNAP TS453Be - looking for advice

#1
Hi, I'm amazed at your offer of free advice and hope it's genuine.
I've been using QNAP devices for years. I had a TS419 but had to replace it when a bay (not a drive) died. I used a TS421 for a few years and then upgraded to a TS453Be which I've had since May 2019. Now, a bay in that device has died. Given these two negative QNAP experiences, I'm looking at Synology units.

I have options:
- DS920+ brand new in Israel for $769
- DS1522+ delivered to Israel from Amazon US for $905
- DS-1819+ "barely used" via Facebook marketplace $792

My needs:
- File storage
- Lots of media streaming (including 4k video) from Apple TV and iPads (using Infuse on both)

If I'm right, all of these devices will meet my needs and all should perform at least as well as the QNAP TS453Be. But I wanted to double-check

If you only stream 4K locally at your home, any of these NAS models will support this.
If you also need remote access then only ds920+ will support this.
Having a graphics chip on board also helps convert videos on the fly if any of the receiving devices do not support a certain file format.
Regarding file storage and backups, all of these NAS systems are good options.

I hope this helps.
