Nice looking room - gone corporate on us huh...?

I have limited experience with Unifi products but I would ask that you check out their tech support and warranty policies. Great products - lousy support and a lot of run-around.

I was putting together a system of Unifi AP's for a client and asked tech support for some assistance. They said they don't support system design requests and to use their online tools.

Project is an open building, 270' long by 70' wide. Their online (useless AI) said I needed from 12 to 23 AP's for this space while their heat-map tool indicated I would get full coverage using just two AP's.

Another try at their tech support telling them the results I got from their online tools. No response.

Other Redit posts have complaints about their RMA process.

So to do a fair reporting - please test their tech support and warranty claim process.

I finally decided go with Asus AP's (business class). Asus tech support is useless as well.
