Experiencing problems with NAS and would like to pay you guys at NASCompares for a 1 on 1 Zoom meeting to discuss how to fix my system, improve thrust and discuss managing expansion . I've heard you mention the 1 on 1 previously on YouTube and would love your help and to pay you for it. let me know if we can make this work

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, we no longer offer 1-on-1 Zoom consultations, but I’m happy to help guide you through resolving your issue.
Since the NAS works via HDMI but not through Qfinder, the problem might be related to network configuration. I recommend double-checking the IP address of your NAS and ensuring it’s in the same range as your computer’s IP. If they’re on different subnets, Qfinder might not be able to detect or connect to the NAS.
Additionally, make sure any firewalls or antivirus software on your computer aren’t blocking the connection. You can also try accessing the NAS directly via its IP address in your browser if Qfinder isn’t working.
