Volume Expansion/ RAID reconfiguration?

Hello, I'm wondering if its possible (and how) to take my current RAID5 (3TB *10) and reconfigure it to run 10TB*8 with 2 hot spares. (Asustor 6210t) My current capacity utilization is at about 56%. I have the (8) 10TB Ironwolf NAS drives that I want to use and have only inserted one and started the rebuilding process. Is there any way to reconfigure this array without having to off load my data?

You will not be able to downsize the number of disks in the RAID. You can only go up. You will need to start from scratch and move that forward and backwards.I hope this helps.
