Hello, I would like to know if i can host a server on a Nas, which would be a wordpress theme, e commerce gallery. Which one would be the best option for a low budget but which can hold users for e commerce.

Here is a list of supported NAS https://www.synology.com/en-uk/dsm/packages/WordPressYou could get as simple NAS as the J series, but you need to plan ahead. How many people will be visiting the site?If there will be a lot, then I would rather recommend plus series NAS such as DS920+. You can add a cache that speeds the web server up. It also can be expanded and upgraded.I hope this helps.
