Expanding memory?

Hello, I am using a QNAP NAS ts-421. I installed 3 4TB disks on it (RAID5). My system says my memory is almost full. If I put an extra 4TB disk in, will that solve my problem?

One other question: how to I delete files on the QNAP? Do I just delete them from the and hopefully that will solve my memory problem?

If RAM memory is full, then this would mean you need a more powerful NAS to run all these apps. But if disks are full then adding an extra drive would surely help.I hope this helps.
