Rs819 v.. Rs820+?

I am interested in a feature comparison between the Synology Rs819 and the Rs820+ Is there really a difference between them besides price. I want to purchase one or the other but not sure which is actually better for in feature, benefits, and future proofing. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

As a multimedia server RS819 with a Realtek processor would do a better job. But as a future proof server RS820+ will allow you to upgrade the RAM and add PCIe cards such as 10GbE.
