Combining TerrMaster F6-424 Max Ethernet Ports

#1
I’ve recently purchased the TerraMaster F6-424 Max and I’m 70 years old and WAY over my head regarding technology. My goal is faster move times transferring 50 Gb files from the NAS to and from my MacBook Pro M-1. I’m a photographer storing huge files on an older TerraMaster F4-420 and have been frustrated at the slow response times. (Currently I’ve maxed out my 18 Tb drives on this machine.) I’d like to take advantage of the Max’s 2 10Gb NICs (Ethernet ports) by combining them to 20 Gb. Could someone explain what I need to do and/or buy to make this happen?

Link aggregation of two 1Gb ports on your old NAS won't improve speeds significantly. It's better to get a faster USB LAN adapter, like a 10Gb Ethernet adapter, for your MacBook Pro to take full advantage of faster transfer speeds.
