Looking for a 6 Bay NAS (10TB HDD) with 10G UTP network and NVME for cache. I was erring towards QNAP, but a compatriot has complained about their support.
Currently running HP Microserver Gen8 (FreeNAS) and Synology DS411j

Qnap and Synology are both very responsive and have helpful support.I would certainly consider TVS-472XT (6/8 bay available) or if you prefer Synology then DS1621xs+ or 21+ with a card.FreeNAS and other opens source NAS system require human attention and maintenance. It is not as easy as DSM/QTS.I hope this helps.
