We are a business of 35 users in London and have an older QNAP NAS 451+ helping us for about 5 years but would like some help with it to get the best out of it and also just purchased another QNAP 453E to help with the load. Need some onsite and on going help please. Payment by the hour or day etc

Since your QNAP TS-451+ is an older model, a USB 5GbE adapter could give you a performance boost if you’re looking to upgrade your network speed without replacing the entire NAS. Additionally, upgrading your TS-453E should provide better responsiveness due to its faster LAN and improved CPU, making it more efficient for handling the load.

You might also want to consider adding SSD caching to both NAS units if you haven’t already, as it can significantly improve read/write speeds and help with overall performance.
