Synology RS1219+ RAM Upgrade Question?

#1
I'm preparing to upgrade the NAS I requested for my workplace, and I have the doubt if I can install ECC RAM on it. It's a Synology RS1219+ and while Intel (https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/77981/intel-atom-processor-c2538-2m-cache-2-40-ghz.html) lists the server as ECC-compatible, I've yet to see any comments on actually installing ECC memory to this NAS (like 2 x CT102472BF160B).

Also, I want to add a 10GbE card like the Intel Intel X540T2, but heard on another video guide that another intel card failed to work on this server. Is it possible to use?

Thanks!

No, this model does not support ECC RAM. Only these :• 8GB DDR3L-1600 Non-ECC SO-DIMM kit (RAM1600DDR3L-4GBx2 • 16GB DDR3L-1600 Non-ECC SO-DIMM kit (RAM1600DDR3L-8GBx2)Intel 540 card will though, it is also on the compatibility list https://www.synology.com/en-uk/compatibility?search_by=products&model=RS1219%2B&category=network_interface_cards&filter_brand=Intel&p=1I hope this helps.
