Synology 2FA and emergengy email - Enquiries - 12-27-2023 I have subscribed to your videos, they have been great. However, I have a fairly big issue that I can't seem to get around. I have my Synology username and password. However, I have upgraded my phone and now the 2FA "Secure Signin" App is not configured for my NAS, so I can't get the six digit code. Added to which the "emergency passcode" via email is not getting through to my email account. So, now I'm complexly stuck even though I have my password and username.
