Seek to connect my QNAP TS-870 with dual port 10 GBE RJ45 to my 2 PCs running Intel 10 GbE RJ45 NICS. my previous Netgear 10 GbE switch was water damaged and need a replacement.

Any suggestions?

No PoE required but sfp+ required for uplink connectivity to my Unifi UDM Pro. small setup no need for anything over 4 to 8 10 GbE RJ45 ports

Microtik CRS310-8G+2S+IN  great hardware just bought one  for under $200. However it has a learning cure to configure especially if you are not familiar with networking. It's actually a router but by design  can be put into bridge mode to act as a fast layer 2 switch.

For your setup, I'd recommend checking out the Netgear XS708T or the TP-Link T1700G-28TQ. They both have 10 GbE RJ45 ports and SFP+ for uplink to your Unifi UDM Pro.
