Slow speed on 10 Gbit network

#1
Hi
in invested in a TP-link SX1005 10Gbit switch. This is connected to my router and a 10Gbit Intel X540 card in my pc and with a 10 Gbit Intel X550 in my Synology NAS. In my pc one 16 TB WD Red pro and in my DS1621+ 4x 16TB in SHR.
Both windows en Synology say it is 10Gbit. Also the Jumbo frames set on 9000.
Well my data transfer rate will not go faster than 125 MB/s where i minimum expacted 260 MB/s (spec of WD red pro).
What can i do?

Try connecting it directly https://nascompares.com/answer/can-i-con...pc-or-mac/
Or check if you are connecting to the right IP that has 10GbE speed.

I hope this helps.
