can't access media folder on file explorer

#1
i hope you can help me; i can't access my QNAP media folder
from file explorer; on the Qlog it says "deny smb1 host security limitation" but in the settings it
has SMB3 (highest) and SMB2.1 (lowest); QNAP support said it could be my virus protection (AVG) blocking it
or some setting in QNAP; can you help me figure out the root cause and solution? i am one of the users
affected by DEADBOLT; thanks in advance

This is not ransomware. It is very likely that antivirus could block the connect. Bever seen this before. But maybe pause your antivirus on your computer for 5 minutes to test this.

I hope this helps.
