I Just Bought A DS1621+, I'm Running 6 - 12Tb HDDs In Raid 5. Is It Possible To Run 4 SNV3400-400G To Have 1.6Tb Of Cache? This Would Make The System Have 2% Cache. 2 Drives Would Be In The Internal Slots And 2 Drives Would Be On The E10M20-T1. Thank You For Your Time And Help On This Matter.

No, Synology only supports 2 cache slots on the board. Additional PCIe cards can be only 10GbE.I hope this helps.
