Best NAS solution for replacing Google Photos and Drive

If the only thing you want to achieve with a NAS is replacing your Google Photos/ Drive then Synology ds220j or other j series or WD EX2 Ultra will do the job. If you need few extras like remote video streaming that could replace Netflix then DS218play would do a better job. And if you also want to use it for time machine. windows
/ server backups then ds220+ would be a way to go.
