DSM7.2 - Enquiries - 06-27-2023
As a home user I see little advantage to upgrading to DSM 7.2 at this time. Will I lose out by not upgrading

There is nothing to lose out on if you are a home user. Things like encrypted volumes and SMB multichannel are rather made for business use.
