I do video production and what fast speeds and redundancy. What are the best SSD drives to configure a OWC Thunderbolt 4 mini DIY hub?

All those SSD will be bottlenecked at SATA speed. But I would recommend Seagate Iriowolf SSD. Those have fast IOPS.
