NAS Choice - Enquiries - 05-25-2023
Hello, I currently use a ASUSTOR AS7004T with 4 - 4Tb drivers in raid 5. The drives are full with family and friends data. The NAS used for Plex, Photos, and music. I am currently looking at the QNAP TVS-h874-i5-32G, ASUSTOR AS6706T, AS6508T. The QNAP appears to have better hardware. I am not brand loyal. The new NAS will be primary and the AS7004T will be the backup. Looking for NAS recommendation. Thanks,

If you are happy with Asustor, you could as well stay brand loyal.
Qnap offers more sophisticated apps in comparison.
And Synology more reliable apps.
But again - Asustor will likely be the cheapest option.
