This is my second kind of storage solution, my first was wd cloud home . It is for mainly plex and personnel cloud services and for docker.

There are few options when choosing a NAS for Plex.
Home use only (no transcoding) - Realtek based (eg. DS223)
1080p remote transcoding - Celeron quad core (eg. DS423+)
4k remote transcoding (TVS-h674 i5)
