I’m a senior citizen and just want someone that I can go to get and install a PLEX server that just “works” without me having to become a computer engineer.
Any companies or web sites that I can utilize in realizing this dream?

The DS220j is the more budget-friendly option and is suitable for basic media streaming. However, if you plan to use Plex for transcoding and streaming higher resolution videos, I would recommend the DS220+ as it has a more powerful processor and more RAM.
