Terramaster only RAM - Enquiries - 01-22-2023
I am disappointed to learn that Terramaster only allows there own brand RAM, I was about to click buy on amazon until I read a review about TOS5 only allows you to use there own branded RAM that'd priced way way expensive compared to other manufacturers. So disappointed in there decision to go this way.
I recently found your YouTube channel and can not stop watching it (I hate seaguls) lol..

Do you know if Terramaster will be keeping to its policy of locking in RAM to there own brand? It will put alot of customers off buying.

Yes, even thou it seems this way, it might be still possible to upgrade with 3rd party RAM. If Synology can not stop people doing this, Terramaster can not either.
