For a small startup, a good option for a NAS (Network Attached Storage) device would be the Synology DS220j. It offers a user-friendly interface and is relatively affordable while still providing features such as RAID support and the ability to install a variety of apps, such as a media server or backup software. Other options to consider include the QNAP TS-431P and the Asustor AS3202T. Ultimately, the best option will depend on your specific needs and budget.
People often choose Synology as a first NAS.
