Problem with QNAP TS-453D red light - Enquiries - 01-11-2023
Since uncessussful firmware update, drive #4 shows red light. I tried to reboot and still no NAS in Qfinder Pro and red light still showing. Thanks for helping me. Francois.

Looks like QTS OS has crushed. You will need to reset the NAS and install the OS again. Here is how to do soft reset https://www.qnap.com/en/how-to/faq/article/the-different-ways-of-resetting-your-nas-explained
