1821+ and f5-422 - Enquiries - 12-02-2022 I have 40tb of data on my synology on 5x16tb exos shr. I bought the f5-422 to do backup of it in traid. What is the best way to connect them so a backup doesn't take forever? Are terramaster getting near weekly updates like synology? Any thoughts on adding an 8gb sodimm to the terramaster? RE: 1821+ and f5-422 - ed - 12-02-2022 Terramaster is not updated as often as Synology. But you can secure it manually yourself. Adding more RAM will not change its performance unless you use 50% or more of the existing RAM. The best way to copy data is with internal network drive mapping https://nascompares.com/map-network-drive-in-synology/ I hope this helps. |
