Read Write Cache or Read only for web hosting - Enquiries - 11-21-2022

Hi
I was wondering if it is more beneficial to have read write cache or just read only for web hosting?
I am currently using a DS920+ with 2 NVME drives for cache but wondering which option is best for a hosting environment that will also enable customers to use Synology Drive as their own business collaboration environment alongside their website being hosted?

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards
Rob

It is surely better to have a read + write cache compared to read-only.
On model such as DS923+ you can choose to have one SSD for read cache and the other for storage. But not with DS920+.
If you have those SSD purchased then use rad + write.

I hope this helps.
