DS418PLAY unused for 2 years-want to setup - Enquiries - 10-30-2022
After move, NAS 418PLAY was not setup. A new computer was built and I want to use the NAS. I connected power and ethernet but NAS is not found. I downloaded Assistant and entered correct USer credentials and PW but an assistant Search says No Syn Server found on local network.
Help Please

Make sure you connect your NAS to the same router that your computer is connected. It might not be seen from another network.
