I am planning to replace Google photos for me and my family members for that I am looking for NAS and I am a programmer and I want to keep all my code files in this also can you please suggest me which one is good for me

I would recommend Celeron-based models such as DS720+ or DS920+. These are multimedia-friendly options.
You can also use them for VMs. docker and web apps.
SSD caching will boost overall performance and these specific use cases.
