Hi there!
I am looking for 12 bay NAS with 144TB capacity or more preferably with RAID 6 or 10. My only concern with DS3622xs+ is using 3rd party drives or not. As per the https://www.synology.com/en-global/releaseNote/SynoOfflinePack?model=DS3622xs+, hdd update was last updated on August but compatibility page is not yet updated.
I would appreciate your advise. Thanks.

Yes, Synology try to profit on XS series models by selling only their drives. You could use other drives, just need to live with an artificial warning message. With a little of IT knowledge, this message can be removed.
