RAM upgrade crash - Enquiries - 08-24-2022
Using crucial 16gb (CT16G4SFD8266) was working before, out of no where about a month ago, caused nas to become unaccessibile. Removed the ram, and can connect to and access ram. Install ram, And can no longer access or connect to Nas. Using a Synology DS920+ with wd reds

You could run the memory test https://kb.synology.com/en-me/DSM/tutorial/How_can_I_run_a_memory_test_on_my_Synology_NAS
If that doesn't work, the memory might need replacing.
