unable to open Asustor control centre on Mac - Enquiries - 07-07-2022
My Asustor Nas is working making Time Machine backups hourly/daily etc without any problem.
I attempted to use AiFoto3 on my iphone to connect with the nas for uploading photos, unfortunately things have wrong and now I cannot get Control centre to open up to enable me to use ADM.
I got a message that ip addresses were having a problem but having gone into my virginmedia hub 3 router I was given addresses for; iMac 192.168.0.10/24, Orbi11 wifi; 192.168.0.12/24 and the Asustor AS3304T; 192.168.0.31/24. which is the ip address shown on the control centre download screen which I cannot open.
Can you tell me what to do about this please. Do I have to disconnect the Nas completely and start again or what other course of action should I follow.
