Safe and cool transportation for editing in a trailer/caravan - Enquiries - 12-22-2025

A UGreen DXP6800 system will be used for editing a low-budget 7-part streaming series inside a small trailer/caravan. Complications:
- Need to transport NAS + battery + Apple Studio
- Cannot put the any of these 3 items in the trailer – need to be outside the trailer with cables fed inside
- We are in rural northern New Mexico with many rough dirt roads; hauling trailer with a Honda CR-V
Request: An affordable solution to safely transport the NAS system + Studio + battery without being smashed to bits by rough terrain and that will keep the NAS cool in hot New Mexico weather
Thus, a “cushioned” means of transportation that also allows for cooling to avoid overheating.
We considered a cooler with freezable inserts (not actual ice), but: a) concerned about condensation, b) would not allow for venting unless you leave it open or punch a hole in it, which would prevent cooling
