Plex not using GPU for transcode - Enquiries - 05-16-2025
Hi there
I have a Qnap TS-473A nas that I am using for a plex server.
I have a plex pass and I cannot seem to get the system to utilise the GPU for transcoding.
It spikes the CPU usage to 97% and the GPU sits at 0%.
I have a Nvidia GA107 ( RTX 3050 ) which has the latest drivers and on the qnap website says it’s compatible.
I have also set the GPU to QTS mode.
Please explain ! Hah
