For your 4K/Blu-ray movie collection, both the Synology DS423+ and QNAP TS-464 would work well if you're mainly streaming locally or handling a single 4K remote stream. They provide solid performance for direct-play and won't drop frames.
However, if you plan on streaming multiple 4K movies at once or need more processing power for remote access, I’d suggest looking at the QNAP 73A or 74 series. These models offer more power and allow for GPU upgrades, which can handle multiple streams much better.
