Synology Surveillance Station - Enquiries - 09-04-2024 I followed your Youtube video on setting up Surveillance Station using same schedule etc, but it doesn't appear to be actually recording anything as when I go the the Recordings page and select Recording List it gives a message "Please go to IP Camera and check the recording schedule to see if you have activated video recording." The cameras I am using are Reolink E1 Pro and they are streaming RTSP and working fine when I hit the Test Connection or look at them on the Monitor Station. Ensure the recording is set for continuous or motion-triggered recording, based on your preference. Check Camera Permissions: Sometimes, the permissions or user settings on the camera may prevent the recordings from being triggered. Test with a Different Recording Schedule: Try creating a simple schedule with continuous recording, just to see if it resolves the issue. |
