USB to 10GBe (RJ45) Adapter - Enquiries - 06-18-2024
Is there such a thing as an adapter that I can plug into an 1821+ USB port to provide 10GBe (RJ45) connectivity?
FWIW: I am currently using a Synology PCIe 10GBe NIC and the port(s) above would be in addition to this NIC.

No there isn't.
Qnap is working on USB4 adapter of this kind. But it will not be backwards compatible.
