Capacity Upgrade - Enquiries - 03-05-2024

I have a second question for you. beeststion

I purchased and applied a sysnology HAT3310-16T harddisk, but the upgrade failed because the capacity was not recognized.
Did I perhaps not do something else?

I successfully entered the settings screen using the sysnology assistant. All screens were normal and I even logged in, but an error message was displayed saying that only the capacity part was not recognized.

I hope they have not disabled option to replace internal drives. I will run some tests next week.
