I have (stupidly/stubbornly) been leaving my QNAP NAS accessible on the internet with no security in place. recently I have been getting attacked by hundreds of IPs trying to hack the password. I have taken my NAS offline and I am ready to set up a security system so that I won't be victim to ransomware (Hopefully it's not already infected) QNAP gurus suggest using a Raspberry Pi as a VPN server. Can You suggest the same or something easier for a neophyte? Thanks and love your content!!!
