Hi on your recommendation I purchased this a couple of years ago. Iv done a duplicate files removal on the file analizer and removed the duplicate files. However it hasn't increased the capacity of my hard drives and there are still duplicate photos and other file's. Have i gone wrong somewhere. Any advice would be welcome.
