Hello, could you please tell me if QNA-UC5G1T can upgrade a AS5304T nas to 5gb lan?

We have tried it on Synology and it didn't work. Maybe since Asustor has their own 5GbE adapter it could work.Here is more about their model: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zi_Lvjj3ApUI hope this helps.
