I need a total of 18 terabytes, so i can have an extra copy of the same data. I mean 8 terabytes of data copied twice. And also i want to get rid of google drive services.

Synology DS923+ would be a good option. You can run it in mirror mode RAOD10 or RAID6/ SHR2. It will also take care of cloud platform backups.
