I am looking for near replacement for OneDrive from your videos I learn that Synology will give me the best in that, but the price for Terramaster is much lower.
I am looking at the Terramaster F2-221 and Synology DS220+, the price difference is big, so I wonder if the terramaster software is good enough.
I mainly need it to backup photos from the smartphones and use in similar way as gdrive or one drive in windows.

Thank you.
The Synology DS220+ and the Terramaster F2-221 are both Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices that can be used for storing and backing up files, including photos from smartphones. Both devices offer similar features, such as support for RAID configurations and the ability to access your files remotely over the internet.

In terms of price, the Synology DS220+ is generally more expensive than the Terramaster F2-221. This is likely because Synology is a well-established brand in the NAS market, and is known for its high-quality hardware and software. That being said, the Terramaster F2-221 may still be a good choice if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option.

It's worth noting that the software that comes with a NAS device can be just as important as the hardware. The software allows you to manage and access your files, and can also add additional features and functionality. From what I can see, the software that comes with the Terramaster F2-221 appears to be fairly basic, and may not offer as many features as the Synology DSM software that comes with the DS220+. If you're looking for a NAS device with a more robust and feature-rich software platform, you may want to consider the Synology DS220+ or another device from a reputable manufacturer.
