I will buy NAS QNAP TVS-h1288X it has 8bays 3.5 inches + 4bays 2.5 inches
Can I put in all bays (8+4) all disks be SSD 2.5

Yes, you can fill all bays with SSD if you want to. You can also choose to fill half of the 3.5inch bays with HDD and another half with SSD. You will be allowed to create a separate RAID if you want as well.I hope this helps.
