I would like to know what is the most powerful nas to buy not to run 100's of websites at the same time. I want to turn it into a webs server. I would like to know what model is up for the task. Size and price is no concern for me.

I would recommend Xeon based models such as the Qnap x88 series from a desktop range. If you prefer the rackmount version then x83 or x86 series models.You would certainly want NVMe or at least a SATA cache for this use case. This speeds things up a lot.I hope this helps.
