How do I Migrate My TimeMachine Backup from a locally attached drive to a Newly Acquired synology Nas.

You will need to prepare your Synology or Qnap for Time machine backups. Then on your MAC you will change time machine backup location. You can not move existing backup to a NAS directly. I hope this helps. : https://www.synology.com/en-us/knowledge...me_Machine
